Pepco HVAC Efficiency Program
FREE PRECISION TUNE-UPS FOR MARYLAND PEPCO CUSTOMERS
Maryland Pepco customers have access to FREE PRECISION TUNE-UPS* performed by Dynatemp. These tune-ups are made free by a rebate offered by Pepco for the tune-up of electric central air conditioning or air source heat pump systems.

One of our skilled technicians will come to your home and perform a precision tune-up and check to make sure your current system is sized and installed correctly for your home.
Pepco also offers additional rebates for customers who purchase and install high-efficiency HVAC system replacements. During your precision tune-up our technician will discuss the benefits of upgrading to a new air source heat pump or air conditioning system if your current system: 1) Is at least 12 years old; 2) Has a SEER rating of 10 or lower; or 3) Is not significantly more efficient after the tune-up.

* $100 will be collected from customer at time of tune-up and rebated to customer via check. Potential rebate(s) range from $100 - $300 per system depending on if tune-up or replacement is performed. Geothermal heat pumps are not included in the program at this time. Pepco’s HVAC Efficiency Program is available to all Pepco customers in Maryland. Rebates for the purchase and installation of high-efficiency HVAC systems must be for the replacement of existing systems. Dynatemp is an independent company and not affiliated with Pepco.
