Energy Savings Maintenance Agreement Customers receive a PRECISION TUNE-UP on their first visit.
Precision Tune-Up Procedures Include:
- Check & adjust thermostats
- Check amperage & voltage of motors
- Check & tighten electrical connections
- Check belts & adjust tension
- Lubricate motors as needed
- Check, clean &/or replace filters with 1” disposable filters
- Clean electronic air cleaner cells
- Check safety & operating controls
- Switch heating and cooling dampers (when marked)
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check & clean condensate pan(s) & drain(s)
- Check & clean coils
- Clean & adjust burners & controls as indicated
- Inspect heat exchanger for defects
- Clean & adjust pilot as needed
- Make recommendations to customer as needed
