Dynatemp, Inc is a full-service facility maintenance contractor founded in 1980 with Jeff Revis as President. Having over 30 years experience in HVAC service and mechanical construction, we specialize in commercial and federal retrofits and preventive maintenance for both new and renovation/retrofit work. Our extensive mechanical/HVAC background allows for the packaging of complete system service in prime contracts. Equipment change-outs and service contracts can be rounded out to include indefinite quantities with general and space renovation items. Our customers have seen the benefit of working with a company that can be involved at every point in the life cycle of equipment. We have a proven track record of reducing equipment maintenance and energy consumption costs for facilities such as yours.
We have the in-house technical capability for system capacity and proper pipe/duct sizing, as well as significant experience in specialty environmental applications for HVAC and piping systems. Our design partners are able to design advanced mechanical systems for geothermal, conventional and retrofit applications keeping function and energy and project goals. A safety-focused contractor, Dynatemp has advanced safety training for asbestos awareness, fall protection, permit-required confined space, and OSHA 30-hour course work. An ACCA contractor, Dynatemp is a proud merit contractor employing talented journeymen and apprentices from the mechanical trades. Trained technicians make a difference. Dynatemp has factory-authorized maintenance and repair experience with all types of mechanical equipment. We are currently factory-trained service technicians for several national HVAC manufacturers. Dynatemp technicians maintain the labor warranties for a large range of equipment. We are able to furnish comprehensive service programs for a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment including: computer room units of all types (geothermal, chilled water, DX, unitary, and split), cooling towers, chillers, pumps, fans, filtration systems, steam specialties, hydronic systems, water service, fuel oil tanks and piping, HVAC units of all kinds and sizes with VFDs and heat reclaim. We are able to service electrical equipment of all types.
Dynatemp can be one point service for your critical environment service—total computer room, medical, lab or high-tech offices where failures and cooling issues are not acceptable. Energy costs can be reduced and expensive repairs can be replaced with inexpensive service.
