About Dynatemp
Dynatemp is an HVAC service and installation company serving the Maryland / Virginia / Washington DC area, specializing in high-end HVAC and geothermal heating/cooling and hot water systems. Founded in 1980, we started with one goal in mind - complete customer satisfaction. Over the thirty years we’ve been in business, this goal has never changed.
Dynatemp installs WaterFurnace and ClimateMaster geothermal HVAC heating, cooling and hot water systems and is a certified WaterFurnace Geo Pro Master Dealer. We are certified by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) and have over 300 systems in operation throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
As a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer and Carrier/Bryant dealer, Dynatemp can also replace any conventional HVAC system with the latest equipment that meets Energy Star requirements, as well as most state and local rebate programs. We are registered as a Pepco Service Assistant rebate support company.
We use few subcontractors and prefer to rely on our skilled technicians and installers to handle most projects, striving to consistently provide the best possible service and installation. Our technicians are more than just technicians; they’re specialists in the industry. All of our technicians and installers are registered Apprentices with the State of Maryland and hold current CFC certificates. We employ several licensed journeymen, as well as licensed Master Mechanics in the HVAC industry.
Education is one of our top priorities. All of our technicians and installers receive regular in-house and off-site training to stay on the cutting edge of new technology. We are active with the Air Conditioning Contractors of America’s National Capital Chapter and assisted in the setup of their apprenticeship program. We employ several graduates of the program.
